Gentle Yoga

Slow paced, slow and gentle yoga that begins with breathwork and incorporates slow, thoughtful movements and gentle stretching. Great class for beginners.

BENEFITS: Improves range of motion and flexibility. Decreases inflammation and reduces stress.

Peaceful Yoga

Slow paced yoga that begins with breathwork and gentle stretching, and transitions into seated, standing, and balancing poses. Each class ends with a longer savasana (resting meditation) and concludes with a lavender oil temporal massage.

BENEFITS: Improves flexibility, improves circulation, decreases stress, promotes relaxation, improves sleep.

Vinyasa Yoga

Moderate paced yoga that uses the breath to guide movements. Begins with light breathwork and flows into seated, standing and balancing poses. Ends with a short savasana (resting meditation)

Yin Yoga
